We encourage all visitors to review our guest policies before booking. Doing so ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay, allowing everyone to fully relax and appreciate the welcoming atmosphere.

Arrival & Departure
- Check-in (RVs): 1:00 pm
- Check-in (Cabins): 3:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
Note: We are unable to accommodate check-ins after 9:00 pm.
Site & Occupancy Rules
- Capacity: Maximum 6 people per RV site; 4 people per Cabin.
- Camping Restrictions: No tent or car camping is allowed anywhere in the park.
- Facilities: All sites include water and electric hook-ups. A dump station is available for the exclusive use of registered guests.
To ensure a private and relaxing stay for our campers, our property and facilities—including the river access, restrooms, and dump station—are reserved exclusively for registered guests.
- We do not offer day passes or public access, keeping the experience quiet and dedicated solely to those staying with us!
DOGS & SERVICE ANIMALS:
To ensure a safe environment for all guests, please adhere to these pet guidelines. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.
1. Registration & Limits : All dogs must be registered at check-in (Max: 3 per site/cabin).
ID Tags (may be provided when park is busy such as holiday weekends): Dogs must wear the provided park registration tag at all times to ensure identification if found.
2. Control & Leash Rule: Dogs must be on a 6ft leash or shorter held by a capable person, or secured within site boundaries (crated/tied-out). Loose Dogs: Dogs are prohibited from being loose anywhere—including the beach—except inside the fenced dog park. Prohibited Behavior: Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, and breeds such as Rottweilers or Pit Bulls are prohibited. Dogs with aggressive behaviors towards other dogs are barred from the dog park. Attendance: Pets may never be left unattended in the park. Ask the front desk about local pet sitting services.
3. Sanitation Waste Removal: You must pick up and dispose of pet waste immediately. Disposal bags are provided at the dog park.
4. Service Animals (ADA) Definition: We welcome dogs trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. "Support" or "comfort" animals do not qualify under the ADA. Requirements: Service animals must be housebroken, never left unattended in cabins, and under the handler's control at all times. Verification: Staff may ask if the dog is required for a disability and what task it is trained to perform. Fraud: Per CA Penal Code 365.7, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime punishable by fines and imprisonment. Cooperation is Mandatory: Our staff and guests expect these rules to be followed without argument. If these restrictions are too firm for your pet, we respectfully ask that you leave them at home.

CAMPING:
Only fully self-contained RVs and cabin rentals are permitted. To qualify as self-contained, your vehicle must be entirely self-sufficient without the use of campsite facilities. It must include: - Internal plumbing (fresh and wastewater tanks). - Built-in bathroom (toilet or full bath). - Onboard cooking facilities and internal power. *Prohibited: Tent camping, car camping, van conversions, roof-top tents, and pop-up trailers that are not fully self-contained.
GENERATORS:
Generators are prohibited at all times, except during active power outages.
LIABILITY & DAMAGE:
Guest Responsibility: Guests assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury caused by themselves, their visitors, or their pets. This includes damage to GRRV Park property, infrastructure, and landscaping. Acts of Nature: Guests are responsible for their own property in the event of acts of nature. Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Giant Redwoods RV Park, its owners, and staff from any claims or liabilities arising during their stay.
WASTE MANAGEMENT:
Zero Ground Discharge: Dumping any water (gray or black) onto the ground is strictly prohibited. Hook-up Requirements: Full hook-up sites require a threaded connector or rubber donut for all sewer connections. System Safety: To prevent clogs, do not flush wipes (including "flushable" ones) or feminine products.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
Your safety and security are our top priorities. Please be aware of the following measures we have in place:
• Security Cameras: Located throughout the park and routinely monitored.
• Gate Systems: Controlled access to ensure a secure environment.
• Check-in Assistance: A host is available to assist with every check-in.
• Site Escorts: We provide escorts to guide you directly to your site.
Beach Safety - At Your Own Risk: All activities are performed at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Supervision: Minors must be supervised by an adult at the beach and when using recreational equipment.
Prohibited Items & Vehicles: No glass allowed on the beach. Motor vehicles are strictly prohibited on the riverbed/beach.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own items. Unattended belongings may not be left behind to "save space" on the beach or in public facilities and recreation areas.
Environment: Please respect the area and clean up all trash.
TREES & LANDSCAPE:
No Climbing: For your safety and the health of our landscape, climbing trees is prohibited. No Attachments: Do not hang or attach anything to trees or shrubs. This includes hammocks, clotheslines, and lights. Suitable hammocks can be rented at the front office for a minimal fee.
VISITORS:
To ensure a safe, high-quality experience and prevent overcrowding, please adhere to the following visitor rules:
1. Registration & Hours Check-In: All visitors must be registered by a guest prior to arrival and must check in at the office to pay fees and receive a wristband/vehicle tag. Hours: Visitors must vacate the park by 9 PM. Sponsorship: Registered guests must remain on-site for the duration of the visit.
2. Capacity Limits (Guests Visitors) RV Sites: Max 6 people and 2 vehicles. Cabins: Max 4 people and 2 vehicles.
3. Conduct & Security Identification: Visitors must wear issued wristbands if provided and display vehicle hangtags at all times.
Privacy: Do not share bathroom codes or Wi-Fi passwords with unregistered visitors.
Compliance: Visitors must follow all park rules. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction of both guests and visitors without a refund (CA Civil Code 799.20-.79).
Violations: Unregistered visitors are considered trespassers. Guests may be charged a penalty fee per unregistered visitor or asked to leave the property.
VEHICLE & RECREATION:
1. General Rules Registration: All vehicle must be registered at the office before entry.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH at all times throughout the park.
Parking & Care: Park on gravel only; no parking on grass, riverbeds, or the beach. Vehicle washing is strictly prohibited.
Safety: No riding in truck beds or on tailgates. Drivers must be sober and obey all traffic signs.
EV Charging: Strictly prohibited within the park. Violation fee: $75. Ask staff for local charging locations.
2. Carts (Golf Carts, ATVs, Side-by-Sides): Drivers must be 16 with a valid driver’s license in possession (no permits). Seating: All passengers must remain seated. Children may not sit on the driver’s lap or assist with steering. Right of Way: Carts must yield to pedestrians and larger vehicles. Stay on roadways; off-roading is prohibited.
3. Bicycles & Scooters Compliance: Follow all CA Rules of the Road. Riders under 18 must wear helmets. Night Riding: Front and rear lights are required after dusk. Motorized Watercraft: Not permitted in the park.
4. Prohibited Items Zero Tolerance: Firearms, BB guns, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Penalty: Violators will be evicted immediately without a refund.
